Globally, a staggering 1 in every 3 women has experienced physical or sexual violence in their lifetime. When it comes to sexual harassment, this figure is even higher. Yet, violence is not inevitable. It can be prevented. However, resources for initiatives to prevent and end violence against women and girls are severely lacking. You can make a difference. With your help, the UN Trust Fund to End Violence Against Women and UN Women can prevent violence, provide adequate services, and support women survivors of violence worldwide.
Join us for the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence (25 November – 10 December) as we amplify the voices of survivors and activists under the theme, Orange the World: #HearMeToo. Find out more.
Every little bit helps!
